Timios Vendor Pandemic Policy and Procedures
Timios considers the safety and health of our vendor partners and customers a matter of paramount importance. In an effort
to mitigate risk associated with signings during the pandemic COVID-19, we ask that all Timios vendors please read and follow these
safety tips and preventative measures closely. Thank you for your cooperation.
Wash Hands Frequently
Washing your hands frequently with soap and water or a 60%-90% alcohol based hand rub kills viruses on your hands that may lead
to infection. When washing with soap and water, make sure to wash for 20 seconds or more.
Maintain Social Distancing
Try to keep at least 3 feet between yourself and anyone around you. This is especially important to consider when a signing is
taking place at a table. This can help you avoid virus laden droplets from someone who is infected. Do not shake hands with
Avoid Touching Your Face
If you happen to have touched anything surface with the virus on it, that could mean it is now on your hands. Avoid touching
your face to mitigate the risk of the virus entering your system through your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Cover Your Mouth/Nose when Coughing or Sneezing
If you must cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth and nose with either a tissue or your elbow. Also, look out for others who
are coughing or sneezing to make sure they are doing the same.

If you are exhibiting any of the above symptoms or other symptoms associated with COVID-19, please do not under any circumstances
try to complete a signing or subject others around you to your symptoms. Please seek the advice of a medical professional for further
Avoid Sharing Items You Touch With Others
This includes pens, business cards, or any other item that could transmit the virus from one person to another. Please use discretion,
and again, avoid shaking hands with others.
Cancel or Decline an Assignment from Timios If:
• Have been overseas within the past two weeks
• Are showing any symptoms associated with the coronavirus
• Have been in contact with anyone over the past two weeks who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus
• Feel especially at risk of contracting the virus while a signing is taking place
• If you have to cancel an assignment
• Leave an assignment without completing the signing
• Have any questions regarding our policy surrounding COVID-19
