Timios Management Team
Trevor G. Stoffer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Stoffer has over twelve years of experience in the title insurance industry and has held executive positions in all facets, including finance, operations, and technology. Most recently, Mr. Stoffer served as the EVP of Corporate Development for Lenders First Choice (LFC). Mr. Stoffer was one of four executives that started, managed and grew LFC to $100 million in annual revenue and over 600 employees in five years. Initial responsibilities included managing the operations out of California and implementation of software systems. Mr. Stoffer was later promoted to manage corporate development where he served as the advisor to the executive staff on process design, systems utilization, and automation of workflow. Mr. Stoffer graduated from Cal State, Chico with a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting.
Raymond B. Davison serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Davison oversees accounting, finance, human resources and ancillary products within the Timios system. Mr. Davison brings over 20 years in finance and the insurance industry. Mr. Davison most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Lenders First Choice (LFC) for the past five years. Prior to LFC, Mr. Davison served as the executive in charge of Agency Operation for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Prior to the Auto Club, Mr. Davison served as Senior Vice President/Controller for Coast Federal Services, the financial services subsidiary of Coast Federal Bank, a Los Angeles-based thrift. Mr. Davison holds an MBA from the University of Redlands.
Leonard P. Splane serves as Executive Vice President of National Sales for the Company. Mr. Splane brings over 16 years of experience in real estate services. Most recently, Mr. Splane served as Vice President of National Sales for Lenders First Choice (LFC). Mr. Splane managed national and regional accounts that drove millions of net revenue into LFC within his first year of employment. Prior to LFC, Mr. Splane served as SVP of National Sales at Nations Holding Company (NHC). Prior to NHC, Mr. Splane served as Vice President of National Sales at Lender Services, Inc. Mr. Splane received his BSBA from Slippery Rock University.
